We work directly for each consultant as their dedicated administrative support, managing the day-to-day non-clinical aspects of their medico-legal practice. Our role includes handling enquiries, managing instructions, liaising with solicitors and agencies, coordinating medical records, overseeing report administration, invoicing, and general case management. This allows consultants to focus on their clinical and medico-legal work, while ensuring a consistent, efficient point of contact for those instructing them. We also support consultants at the outset of their medico-legal practice, providing structured administrative systems, guidance on report workflow, and operational support to ensure their practice is compliant, efficient and professionally presented from the beginning.
